Rye Brook Personal Training (RBPT) is one of the most results-driven personal training facilities in the Westchester County area. Our fully integrated training program incorporates isolation and functional exercises that focus on areas of strength, posture, flexibility, balance, stability, and cardiovascular health.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Your initial consultation will cover a fitness assessment, lifestyle and nutrition evaluation, and a detailed discussion of your fitness goals and aspirations.

ASSISTED STRETCH
Join one of our trainers for an hour of unique exercises to tighten and strengthen your body. This type of training allows for a wide variety of exercises that works every muscle group. Flexibility Training will improve all fitness areas by emphasizing coordination, balance and core strength.

STUDENT ATHLETE PROGRAM
Strength and conditioning training can be a real game-changer for your kids, not only in terms of athletic performance, but also when it comes to confidence, focus, and happiness. Our program is designed to improve strength, stamina, flexibility, and cardiovascular capacity, whether your child is an athlete or wants to get fit. The athlete/teen will train with a professional, nationally certified personal trainer.
